The right candidate will step into the shop ready to build credenzas, case goods & millwork projects - and work with us to expand our capabilities & capacity as we grow in these areas. These projects will be a combo of solid wood & sheet goods. We are an all-hands-on-deck shop....so the workload won't be limited to millwork & casegoods.

Technical Qualifications: Ability to read plans & technical drawings....experience building high-end millwork, cabinetry, case goods. Solid understanding of materials, finishes, construction & joinery techniques. 5+ years experience building millwork, cabinetry, etc.

Soft Skills: Humble & hungry, with a great, positive attitude. Comfortable leading projects.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Full health care coverage (medical/dental/vision). 4% 401k Match. Paid time off.

Hours: 830-5pm, 40 hr/week, Monday through Friday.

We are a growing woodshop & we need woodworkers at all levels!

This could mean a young, hungry woodworker who's early in their career & eager to grow...... Or it could be a seasoned veteran who's got 10-20 years experience and can come right in and start building. Some experience is required....but overall, attitude is more important than aptitude.

We are a small shop with a versatile team, so expect to help out & learn on lots of different projects.
