This is our first dedicated Project Manager hire, and it is a critical leadership role.

The Project Manager is the single owner of projects from contract through installation. This role exists to ensure projects move smoothly through engineering, fabrication, finishing, and delivery. We're also looking to this person to help build the PM function at Sandtown and build a PM team over time.

This is not a junior coordinator role. We are looking for someone with deep fabrication awareness who can operate independently, communicate with confidence, and manage uncertainty. The PM will own assigned projects from kickoff through install and will serve as primary contact for our customers, architects/designers, and internal design/engineering/fabrication teams. The PM will own project schedules, scopes and budgets.

Technical Qualifications: 5-10+ years direct experience and fabrication literacy in at least one of the following:

• Custom Fabrication
• High-end Millwork
• Architectural Interiors
• Furniture or specialty wood manufacturing
  

Direct experience working with or within a fabrication shop and strong understanding of:

• shop drawings and fabrication sequencing
• Material Tendencies of wood / sheet goods / metal (or ability to learn this very fast)
• complex, custom, one-off projects
  

Soft Skills: Humble AND Confident. Comfortable with uncertainty. Great Communicator. Systems-minded but not Bureaucratic.

Hours: 830-5pm, 40 hr/week, Monday through Friday. In-office full time initially, we are open to Hybird after 3-6 months.

We are looking for a qualified metal worker to join the team and be our lead metal worker.

The right candidate will step in ready to run the metal shop - and work with us to expand our capabilities & capacity as we grow. We primarily work with steel but would like to expand into other metals.

Technical Qualifications: Ability to read plans & technical drawings....experience with high-end welding. Solid understanding of materials, finishes, techniques. 5+ years direct experience.

Soft Skills: Humble & hungry, with a great, positive attitude. Comfortable leading projects.

We are always looking for great woodworkers / cabinet-makers / millworkers.

This could mean a young, hungry woodworker who's early in their career & eager to grow...... Or it could be a seasoned veteran who's got years experience and can come right in and start building. Some experience is required....but overall, attitude is more important than aptitude.

We are a small shop with a versatile team, so expect to help out & learn on lots of different projects.

Technical Qualifications: 3+ years experience with woodworking / carpentry / etc.
