Our commitment is to provide service that's as good as our product, and we are hiring a Customer Service Lead who will own and lead that goal every day. This person will work most closely with Will Phillips, Partner & Founder at Sandtown. The role will involve a lot of customer communication (mainly email), delivery scheduling, production scheduling, & invoicing. We're small and all-hands-on-deck, so the remainder of the job description will vary every day.
Technical Qualifications: Must be good & prompt on email, very good with Excel and Word, familiar with Dropbox. Must have experience working directly with customers. You don't need to know wood or furniture, we can teach that.
Soft Skills: Must be organized and process-oriented. Great communicator. Humble & hungry, with a great, positive attitude.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Full health care coverage (medical/dental/vision), Paid time off. Potential to work from home 2 days/week.
Hours: 830-5pm, Monday through Friday.
