Degree of difficulty on a piece like this is crazy high. If it's 1/16" off at one end, it'll be inches off at the other end. No margin for error.
The Install: The piece delivered in 77 parts + 165 slats. It was a 10 day build on site. Once complete - every joint lines up, the grain across seams is perfectly continuous, and overhangs are dead on. Not a single cord or fastener is visible.
