We need a woodworker who can jump right in and help us build furniture. This could be a junior woodworker, ready to work hard and learn....or a more veteran operator (who's still ready to work hard and learn.) Whatever the level, we're looking for a great personal fit and someone who is ready to get to work on Day 1.

Technical Qualifications: 2-10+ years professional woodworking, carpentry, metalworking, or similar hands-on work experience required.

Soft Skills: Humble & hungry, with a great, positive attitude. Willingness to take on any task!

Hours: 830-5pm, 40 hr/week, Monday through Friday.

Our Delivery & Install Lead will spend ~50% of their time on-site at commercial & residential furniture installs. This is the final step in our process and one we take a lot of pride in - we're looking for someone who'll uphold our commitment to quality in the field. When not on an install, we'll look to this person to help out around the shop in many different ways.

Technical Qualifications: We require a clean driving record (3+ years). While we don't require specific delivery/install experience, we do require experience working with your hands / in trade work. Experience working wood is a plus, for sure.

Soft Skills: Must be organized and communicate well. Humble & hungry, with a great, positive attitude. Must be ok with changing plans & uncertainty - this is inevitable in the field.

Career Path: This role could be an on-ramp into Sandtown for an aspiring furniture-maker or a career path for a dedicated installer.

Hours: 830-5pm, Monday through Friday. A few times a year, out-of-state travel/overnight installs will be required.
